Michels awarded Project of the Year honors

Michels was recently honored with two Project of the Year awards by Trenchless Technology magazine.

In the New Insallation category, Michels received runner-up Project of the Year honors for the Vancouver City Central Transmission (VCCT) Project, a complicated job that required the use of HDD to install a power cable duct bank under False Creek in the heart of downtown Vancouver. In the Rehabilitation category, Michels received honorable mention Project of the Year recognition for its work for the United States Fish and Wildlife Service at the Eagle Creek Fish Hatchery near Ecstada, Ore.
