Workshops and seminars are conducted annually and most often during winter months.
In addition, you may be asked to participate in more advanced management or technical seminars and workshops. This will prepare you for assignments of increasing responsibility.
You will receive invaluable on-the-job education as you are assigned to various projects. Direction and coordination of your instruction will be coordinated by your division manager and Human Resources.
