Michels performs shore approaches and constructs offshore substations, while also completing all of the required electrical work. As the recognized leader in horizontal directional drilling, Michels has been involved in the early stages of development for off shore wind farms. We focus on an integrated approach for electrical systems from design through offshore substation, subsea cable, shore approach and on shore interconnection which means there is one contract for this critical scope of work.
