Help Michels Corporation build the solution
Ever find yourself sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic in Milwaukee’s Zoo Interchange and wondering: “Why doesn’t someone do something about this?”
Michels Corporation is looking for qualified people who want to help us build solutions.
We are hosting a career fair on Wednesday, Feb. 4 to expand our teams for several large construction projects, including reconstruction of the Zoo Interchange, the busiest highway interchange in the state.
“We are gearing up for large-scale, long-term projects in southeastern Wisconsin, and want to utilize the local talent pool,” said Erin Hosking, Recruitment and Retention Specialist. “We are looking for people who are as committed to safety and quality as we are, and especially those who take pride in getting the job done right the first time.”
Michels Corporation Career Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport, 6362 S. 13th St., Oak Creek on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
Positions included: Project manager, field manager, heavy equipment operator, quad-axel truck driver, OTR driver, equipment mechanic, aggregate quality control technician, and concrete laborer, finisher and lab technician.
Michels? Are you the guys in the red trucks?
Yes is the simple answer, but Michels Corporation is a lot more than a fleet of red pickups. We are continually expanding our work in Wisconsin, including building roads, operating pits and quarries, drilling foundations, and building and maintaining oil and gas pipelines. Our headquarters are in Brownsville, WI, about 50 miles from the Zoo Interchange, and our projects, offices and yards span throughout North America. In fact, we are among the largest, most diversified utility contractors in North America and the 24th largest contractor in the United States.
