Michels will once again scout colleges and universities across the U.S. in search of top candidates to join our winning team. We are recruiting interns and graduates to play pivotal roles. By attending our tailgate (informational) sessions and visiting our career fair booths, you will learn about our family owned, Wisconsin-based company, our operating divisions, our 5,000 employees, our 10,000 pieces of heavy equipment and the significant projects we build throughout North America.
What should you expect? Here’s a glimpse inside our playbook for upcoming events.
Tailgate Sessions – Typically held in conjunction with campus career fairs, you will spend an hour learning about Michels, our values, what we do and what position you can play on our team. You will also get opportunities to ask questions, meet our people, and enjoy some food and prizes!
Career Fair – Stop by the Michels booth for a face-to-face meeting. You will learn about internship and career opportunities while discussing your experiences, interests and goals.
