Jumping in to help - by land and water

Michels teams raise money for local organizations

At Michels, teamwork continues after the workday ends.  Our people work together to improve North America’s infrastructure and play together to improve the communities in which we live and work.

Ten members of Team Michels recently jumped into the freezing waters of Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh, WI, to raise more than $11,500 for Special Olympics during the Polar Plunge.

Another 31 Michels people keep the community involvement rolling, raising more than $4,800 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County in the Superhero-themed Bowl for Kids Sake fundraiser.

Michels is committed to helping the communities in which we are trusted to work, and we are proud of all that our people do to make a difference!
