Zubrod recognized as Business Operations Manager of the Year
A traditional construction worker wears a hard hat, safety glasses, a high-visibility vest and steel-toe boots, but a successful project also depends on people who dress for the office. Teamwork is an essential part of all of our projects, and our team combines those in the field with those in offices and shops throughout North America. Building infrastructure essential to everyday life is a big responsibility that is best shared by like-minded colleagues.
That’s why we are grateful to have Genette Zubrod included in the Daily Reporter’s 2020 Newsmakers of the Year list of those who make a lasting, positive difference in the construction industry. Genette was recognized as the Business Operations Manager of the Year.
Genette is the Business Operations Manager of our pipe rehabilitation group. She supports up to 100 projects at a time, works with business operations, project management and equipment management programs, and interacts with team members at all levels and locations. Her combination of leadership, mentorship, direct support and lead-by-example reputation have solidified her role as someone who can successfully execute all assigned tasks.
Genette has years of experience in the construction industry. At Michels, she works on the team that uses a variety of methods to rehabilitate sanitary sewer, storm and pressure pipes as well as culverts and utility manholes. She has supported projects throughout the United States and beyond. In the past year, she has dealt with an extreme time change of 16 hours and logistical challenges while supporting the group's largest-ever project in Guam.
Congratulations, Genette! We thank you for being committed to helping our customers build success!
