As a Proposal and Qualifications Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and submitting proposal and qualification packages, ensuring they are completed with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism while upholding Michels brand design standards. This position will work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content and maintain department databases. It is essential to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical for success is the ability to handle multiple projects at once while working within tight deadlines and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What it takes:

  • Associate’s Degree in related field, and 0-3 years of experience with proposal development or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
