As an Administrative Assistant , your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day administrative support under direct supervision. The Administrative Assistant must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a professional image.

What it takes:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, with 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
· Prior Internship or Full-Time experience working in a construction based or related role (desired)
- Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
