As a Benefits Assistant, your key responsibilities will be processing employee record changes and related impacts to benefits, completing benefit orientations, serving as a customer service interface to employees and insured family members as well as completing benefits enrollments. Critical for success are attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and extreme organizational skills.

What it takes:

  • Associate Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
