The Benefits Supervisor will guide and advocate for the Benefits team, overseeing the administration and implementation of benefit programs, and development of complex health and welfare benefits while following established protocols and regulatory compliance. This position is accountable for health and welfare benefits, HRIS database integrity, plan compliance, and policy compliance. Critical for success are the abilities to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preference to HR or Accounting, 5+ years of benefit administration and/or HR experience, or equivalent combination
  • Previous leadership experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • CEBS/CBP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification (preferred )
