As a Risk Coordinator Adjuster your key responsibilities will be for the professional and confidential handling of mild to complex General Liability, Auto and Property claims. Some of the tasks include investigating, interviewing, reviewing evidence, determining liability; reaching agreements with claimants; handling subrogation, and working with insurance carriers as well as other internal departments. The Risk Specialist must have strong attention to detail particularly when documenting, showcasing a high level of accuracy. It is essential to demonstrate strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. Critical to success are the abilities to provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication with internal and external customers.

What it takes
- High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Bachelor’s Degree, preference to Risk Management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience working with litigated claims
- Previous experience with contractual tenders
