As an Equipment Manager, your key responsibilities will be to provide support to operations regarding all equipment needs, via allocation or rental decisions. Initiate and manage appropriate action plans and/or customer service plans to ensure quality and performance improvement across functional areas. Coordinate equipment needs between project managers, prioritize work assignments, and communicate needs and timelines to appropriate shop and Service Manager. Critical for success are self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the abilities to provide excellent customer service and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
The anticipated salary range is $104,000 – $144,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
- 4+ years equipment coordination experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Occasional travel
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
