The General Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations on assigned projects in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. General Superintendent manages multiple crews, directing activities of workers by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Critical for success are strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong
communication skills customer service skills. The anticipated salary range is: $148,000 – $204,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 20+ years of relevant Deep Foundation experience
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable
driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team - OSHA 30 or other safety training course
- Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software
