The Highway Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing business activities of the company. This individual must lead initiatives, drive changes, and support on-going improvement across the company. It is essential for the individual to enhance customer service initiatives and provide leadership and structure while maintaining a high level of organization. Critical for success is the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.

What it takes:
- 3-5 years of supervising large scale DOT construction projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
- Must posses a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement
- Travel required in Wisconsin & Minnesota
