As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to work with Project Managers to serve as a general utility team member for project support and ensure that projects are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. The employee will be responsible for compliance, contract management, and project controls while maintaining high attention to detail. It is essential to learn how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled, and who to contact when there are questions. Critical for success are excellent oral and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in teams.

What it takes:

  • 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field (Desired)
  • Experience with Project Management software is desired (Primavera, Microsoft Project, B2W, etc.)
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
  • Travel, which may include extended duration, is required. Must have the ability to commit to long term onsite projects. During travel, employee may be regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions and moving vehicles and equipment. The noise level may be moderate to loud. Vehicle and travel expenses will be covered when required.
