As a Quality Manager, the key responsibilities will be to develop a quality program, while helping execute initiatives down to the program level. Other duties will include creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) within this group, working with management to ensure that the proper records and site reports are maintained.Down the road, building and managing a quality team is the end goal.The Quality Manager will need strong oral and written skills. Experience in the Utility industry is highly recommended.

What it takes?

  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of both
  • Quality experience within the electrical/utility industry preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
  • Travel is required. Travel may account for up to 50% of the time
  • Quality Program experience (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Quality certification
  • Microsoft Office experience
