As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will be to provide general office support, answer and direct calls, and handle the flow of people through the business. This position will provide customer service by welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors. Other duties include answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily deliveries, and scheduling meetings and appointments. This position must possess excellent verbal communication skills and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Critical for success will be the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.
