As a Shop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinates activities of workers engaged in: setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery and equipment, maintaining supply inventory, delegating tasks to shop employees, and administrative duties. You will also work closely with HSE and maintenance to document, implement and audit safety measures, and monitor shop budget ensuring expenses are in line and variances can be explained. Critical for success is the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions. The anticipated salary range is $30.50-42.50 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Prefer technical experience with: aerial, crane, bucket truck, backhoe, trailer and dump trucks
  • Prefer experience with DOT inspections and repair
  • Associate’s degree from two year college or technical school in related field (Desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
