The Surety & Contracts Manager will assist with management of the corporate surety program including management of broker and underwriter relationships. This role will ensure that all project specific insurance coverages and bonds are managed throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will also handle key aspects of initial contract review including educating operational teams on potential risks and/or risk mitigation opportunities arising from the Contract. The position will collaborate closely with Legal, Operations and other members of the Risk Management team.

What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
