As a Union Benefit Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to assist Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure administrative functions are completed to assist the coordinators. Critical for success is a high level of confidentiality to process sensitive information and the ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner.

What it takes:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field (desired) 
  • Payroll or accounting experience (desired) 
  • Prior union exposure (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record (desired)
