Using sophisticated machinery and cutting-edge ideas and techniques, we develop and manufacture customized in-house solutions covering a wide variety of downhole tool applications, supporting mainstream oil & natural gas and horizontal & directional drilling (HDD) operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Stop work in the area of an identified health or safety problem until resolved.
  • Direct and oversee day to day manufacturing operations of new office and machine shop between 10-30 employees ensuring efficiency, safety and quality.
  • Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards and procedures to meet customer specifications and industry regulations.
  • Collaborates with leadership teams to develop annual budgets, workforce forecasts, and long term planning to meet goals and objectives of the company.
  • Drive financial and administrative process controls to support with staffing and material allocation.
  • Mentors and develops team members providing effective coaching to help with team member professional development.
  • Implement and drive lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Review financial statements, sales and productivity reports to measure against company goals.
  • Identify cost reduction strategies that can contribute to production facilities profitable operations.
  • Lead team members by fostering constructive and effective professional connections, establishing trust and give/receive candid and fair feedback, and demonstrating both competence and character, inspiring confidence in those you work with.
  •  Other duties as required.
  • REQUIREMENTS

    • 10 years of experience leading teams and operational success in the industrial manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, quality control, and industry best practices.
    • Strong financial acumen and management abilities including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams to hit organizational goals and productivity targets.
    • Drives safety and quality excellence and is a role model to others.  

    LANGUAGES

    • Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
