As a Concrete Estimator/Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to estimate and manage a phase of large complex projects or manage multiple medium projects that are approximately greater than $500K and are up to $10M. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

What it takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 3-7 years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination
- Experience with concrete forming systems and production, experience with concrete placement and finishing and production
- Attention to detail and planning
- Negotiation experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle which you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Solid MS Office and estimating software experience
- Experience with Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls software
- Travel required
