As a Marine Hydrographic Surveyor, your key responsibilities will be to support dredging and construction projects and specialize in precise positioning of equipment, and acquisition/processing of data in marine environments. Responsible for performing hydrographic surveys and maintaining positioning instrumentation on dredging vessels.

- You are mechanically inclined and have the knowledge and experience maintaining small vessels (less than 30 feet) to include the ability to tow, launch and recover vessels
What it takes:
- Degree in Surveying and Mapping, Engineering, or similar curriculum preferred
- 2-5 years of field experience in hydrographic surveying, in both single beam and multi-beam hydrography
- Professional state license and/or nationally recognized hydrographic certification preferred
- Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) preferred
- Proficient with conventional survey tools, GPS equipment, and hydrographic equipment
- Working knowledge of hydrographic data acquisition software
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be operating and an acceptable driving record
- Extensive travel may be required throughout North America, relocation is NOT required
