Mark Harasha - National Electrical Contractors Association Executive Committee Vice President at Large

Mark Harasha, President of Michels Power, Inc., has been elected Vice President at Large of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Executive Committee.

NECA is an association of electrical contractors responsible for the most innovative and safest electrical construction in the U.S. NECA’s goal is to advance the industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards development. The Executive Committee develops and implements the objectives and policies of NECA.

“I am honored to serve NECA, our members and the electrical construction industry in this role,” Mark said. “There has never been a time when our work is more important or necessary. Working together, we will build better practices and a stronger infrastructure system for our country.”

Mark started his career in the electrical industry as a groundman in 1984, graduating from Moraine Park Technical College. He started his line apprenticeship in 1987, then advanced from journeyman to foreman to general foreman. He served in other roles, including construction manager, estimating manager, and taking leadership of Michels Power in 2012. Throughout his tenure, Mark has guided significant business growth without compromising his commitment to safety.
