Connections With Great Potential

We’re committed to providing opportunities for small, disadvantaged, veteran, women, indigenous and/or minority owned businesses. That’s why we created the Supplier Diversity Program.

Supporting the movement

In keeping with Michels’ Core Values and our commitment to social responsibility, it is Michels’ policy to provide small, disadvantaged, veteran, women, indigenous and/or minority owned firms the maximum practicable opportunities to participate in the projects we undertake and to help our customers achieve their goals for supplier diversity.

Building a Better Tomorrow

Our established Supplier Diversity Team and Procurement Team continuously look to expand and improve our supplier base with the addition of small and diverse businesses. We work directly with these firms to help them build a resume that will aid them in securing work from coast to coast while still supporting Michels.

Achieving Goals

To further our support for supplier diversity, we actively participate in regional and national supplier diversity organizations, including the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council (NCMSDC).
