Michels quad axle truck driver Tom H. was driving on an interstate highway when he saw a large flame shoot out the back of a car in front of him. Tom pulled off the road ahead of the car, grabbed his fire extinguisher and ran back to the car. After determining the flame was the result of a mechanical problem, not a fire, Tom called 911 and stayed on site until authorities arrived to assist the driver.
