Congratulations to the 21 students who received $117,000 in scholarships for the 2025-2026 school year. Supported by donations and events held by Michels employees, the Michels Scholarship Fund supports our belief in the importance of continuing education in university, trade and technical programs.
The Michels family presented two scholarships to current employees and 19 scholarships to employees’ dependents. The 2025 recipients are:

The Robert H. Westphal Memorial Scholarship was presented to Luke Rabe. The scholarship is named in honor of the late Robert H. Westphal, a leader and advocate of continuing education throughout his 65-year career at Michels.
In its 16-year history, the Michels Scholarship Fund has distributed more than $700,000 in scholarships to our people and their dependents.
