Michels performed a floodwall rehabilitation project along the Mississippi River. Michels elected to build a temporary causeway for access to complete the work on the Mississippi River side of the floodwall. The project included the installation of 28 grouted tieback anchors, 275 linear feet of permanent sheet pile installed in front of the existing floodwall, and 500 linear feet of waler. Additional scopes of work included existing floodwall concrete rehabilitation and crack repair, and rip-rap placement in front of the new permanent sheet pile wall.
