Our infrastructure group focuses on large public and private projects with the ability to improve safety, quality of life and economic opportunities. Our teams have access to more than 17,000 pieces of specialized equipment as well as construction professionals with a wide range of expertise, ensuring the proper team and solution to meet each project’s goals.

Federal Infrastructure

Michels Construction uses our skills and experience to support the infrastructure needs of U.S. and allied governments and agencies. Our team completes projects under alternative and delivery methods, including design-build, design-bid-build and public-private partnerships (P3). Depending on a project’s goals, we self-perform work or partner with local subcontractors.

Civil

Michels Construction’s crews and equipment help customers achieve site development, repurposing and environmental goals by performing earthwork, mass excavation and other heavy civil site preparation services. We have the skills and capacity to self-perform projects of all sizes or partner with qualified subcontractors, depending on our customers’ objectives. Our civil services are performed on a stand-alone basis or can be integrated into solutions offered by Michels Construction and the Michels Family of Companies.
