As a Subcontract Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day support to the administration and execution of subcontracts and will provide additional administrative support to purchase order processing in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience (desired)
  • Paralegal experience (desired)
  • Notary Public licensure or the ability to be trained and licensed as a Notary Pubic (desired)
