As an Environmental Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to assist in the coordination and maintenance of environmental compliance, education, and training programs. The anticipated salary range is $70,000- $91,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

  • 3+ years’ experience monitoring environmental compliance on energy construction projects
  • NY State Erosion and Sediment Control Certificate Program (NYSESCCP) or Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC)
  • Effective professional oral and written communication skills with construction colleagues and customer representatives
  • Skilled at implementing Environmental Management and Construction Plan (EMCP) 40-Hour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and current 8-hour refresher (preferred)
  • NY State Article VII (Major Electric & Gas Transmission Facilities) compliance experience (preferred)
  • This is a limited-term, full-time hours role through June 2025.
  • Valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
