GTN Xpress Compressor Stations

Michels Pipeline, Inc., with support from Michels Construction, Inc. and Michels Power, Inc., built two brownfield compressor stations. The Starbuck and Kent compressor stations were built with modular buildings. Both included a gas turbine and compressor with 23,470 hp.

Michels performed site grading and excavation, foundations installation, setting mechanical equipment and skids, large and small bore piping, electrical and instrumentation, pipe coating and insulation, pipe pressure testing and drying, and perimeter fencing and gate installation.
