Working construction in residential areas presents a unique set of challenges. We want to get the job done quickly and efficiently, but also be considerate of the local residents and their needs. This is why going above and beyond is one of the things that sets Michels apart.

Recently, one of our team members received a text from his cousin sharing a story about her and her son’s experience with our pipeline construction team in Little Chute, WI. Not only did the crew keep the area homeowners informed about what they were doing and what was being planned, but when they noticed 2-year-old Phineas take interest in their work they gave him some extra special attention. Three members of the crew took time out of their busy day to give him an up close tour of the equipment and give him a little taste of what it is like to be part of our team.

With dedication like this we can inspire the next generation of exceptional Michels team members.
