As a Transportation Safety Compliance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures. Assist in developing and implementing compliance administration in relation to fleet vehicles and equipment, audits and inspections, and documentation, and conduct or assist in crash investigations. Complete and file related paperwork, attend reviews and meetings as necessary and present findings. Critical for success are the ability to maintain organization and communication while delivering exemplary customer service in all interactions.

What it takes:

  • 5+ years of compliance/regulation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Ability to travel with minimal lead time
  • Prior management experience (desired)
  • Certificate of completion in related Transportation Safety coursework and education (desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
