 As a HPI Program Manager, your key responsibilities will be to promote the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) initiative and act as an ambassador for all safe work practices and procedures. This will include leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, 5-8 years of experience in behavior-based safety programs, or an equivalent combination
  • 3-5 years of experience in related Construction Industry preferred
  • Certified Performance Technologies (CPT) Certification or the ability to obtain within approved timeframe
  • OSHA 500 or other Safety credential preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
