As a Junior Site Engineer, your key responsibilities will be work with project leadership to serve as a general team member associated with project support. This position must assist in coordinating activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame. It is essential to demonstrate an understanding of how the business runs, how changing circumstances are handled and who to contact when there are questions. Critical for success are strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and 0-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and/or experience with design software (ex: AutoCAD) (desired)
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Valid drivers licence
