As a Material Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to facilitate daily shipping and receiving and receive documentation for all materials, equipment and supplied items for the Project Engineers on the construction site. This position will work closely with the Project Engineers on site when receiving all major equipment from the company and contractors and will prepare and distribute material management specific reports to project staff. Critical for success are the abilities to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.

What it takes?

• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
• Construction experience or materials management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience in Oracle Software (preferred)
