As a Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed parameters. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to optimize construction timelines, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Critical for success are the abilities to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, work collaboratively utilizing effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or 5+ years of construction scheduling experience within the heavy civil market, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • CST, PSP, EVP, or PMI-SP Scheduling Certifications are preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
  • Travel
