As a Power Systems Mechanic, your key responsibility will be to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Power systems related to construction. You will diagnose and perform basic hydraulic repair, read and interpret schematics and pressures, (e.g., resealing hydraulic cylinders and control valves, plumb hydraulic system and build hoses.), and perform minor welding repairs, maintenance work, and resealing of final drives.

What it takes:

  • 2+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience 
  • Forklift experience (desired)
  • Formal diesel mechanic training program (desired)
  • Basic computer proficiency (desired)
  • Ability to provide own hand tools
  • Ability to move/operate heavy equipment
