As a Service Desk Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to respond to requests and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person for all customer tools and solutions, assist in configuration, deployment, and training of standard end-user systems to customer’s satisfaction, and assist with the testing of new customer technologies. Critical for success are strong communication skills.

What it takes:

  • Relevant experience with technology and customer service
  • Familiar with Windows Operating Systems and Apple technologies
  • Associate’s degree, 1-4 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with call center solutions and computer clean-up tools and processes
  • Familiar with network technologies and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Dell Certification (Desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
