As a Civil Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage medium ($5 million) to large ($100 million) sized projects. After completion of successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success including planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.  The anticipated salary range is: $126,000 – $173,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of civil infrastructure experience
  • Experience with various construction software (Primavera, HCSS, B2W, and MS Project)
  • Demonstration of previous successful management of project(s) of up to $100M
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
  • Travel required within Tri-State area, no relocation
